XRackets is only responsible for shipments handled by us and our designated shipping companies. Please retain the shipping label and original packaging as evidence, if you need to file a claim with the transport company.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. To qualify, the product must meet the following conditions:
Condition: The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original, unopened packaging with all labels and factory seals intact.
Non-Acceptable Returns: We do not accept returns of products that have been:
Used or worn
Unsealed, un-labelled, or stamped
Refund Terms
Refunds will only cover the product’s cost; shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any customs fees or Visa/Mastercard transaction fees related to the return will be borne entirely by the customer.
In the case of international shipments, if you choose to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping costs (including the initial shipping charge and return shipping costs), as well as any customs charges, will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed via store credit, , upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Until the package is received, we will not proceed with the exchange or return of the item or order.
Packaging Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process:
Do not use the product’s original packaging as the shipping box. Wrap the product securely in a bag, paper, or another box/shipping bag.
Avoid sticking labels or tape directly onto the original product packaging.
For fragile items, ensure adequate wrapping and protection to prevent damage during transit.
