Shipping and Delivery

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Customers have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in brand-new condition.
Refunds are not issued in cash or to the original payment method. Instead, any approved refund amount will be provided as store credit only, after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international orders, if a customer refuses a package, the total shipping costs (outbound and return) and any applicable customs fees will be deducted before issuing store credit.
Store credit will be issued only after the item has passed inspection.
Payments
XRackets accepts payments via credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods listed at checkout.

XRackets is not responsible for additional fees charged by payment providers, including currency conversion fees.
